Subscriptions & Purchases

   Auto-Renewal Paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

   Cancellation You may cancel a subscription at any time through your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

   Refunds Refund requests are handled by the respective app store (Apple App Store or Google Play) in accordance with their own refund policies.

   Free Trials Where offered, free trials automatically convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial period ends.

Intellectual Property Rights

   Ownership All content within our Apps, including text, graphics, images, audio, video, and software, is our property or that of our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

   Limited License We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use our Apps for personal use only. You may not copy, distribute, reverse engineer, or modify our Apps without our express written consent.

   Restrictions Unauthorized use of our Apps, including for commercial purposes or framing proprietary information, is prohibited and will terminate your license immediately.

No Warranties & Limitation of Liability

   No Warranties Our Apps are provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or the accuracy of any third-party content displayed within our Apps.

   Limitation of Liability We are not liable for damages arising from your use or inability to use our Apps. In no event will our liability exceed the amount you paid for the App, if applicable.

Applicable Law & Dispute Resolution

   Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of your country of residence, unless otherwise required by applicable laws.

   Dispute Resolution In the event of a dispute, we will attempt to resolve it amicably. If no resolution is reached, disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts as determined by applicable law.

   Claim Period Any claims arising from your use of our Apps must be filed within one (1) year of the event giving rise to the claim.
